• For stays of 2 nights or less, credit cards may be used to secure your booking. For stays exceeding 2 nights a 30% deposit is required.
• If booking multiple rooms, a 30% deposit is required on each room regardless of length of stay.
• Your booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. Cheques to be made payable to “Colours Guest House”
• Balance due is payable on arrival – CASH OR CARDS ONLY * A fee of 2% is made for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards.

• Cancellations must be received in writing (email or post)

(a) Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to Date of Arrival – deposit refunded minus a 20% admin charge.
(b) Cancellations made within 14 days of date of arrival or no show – loss of deposit plus a further 30% cancellation fee unless the room can be re-let
(c) Reservations secured by credit card in lieu of deposit will be subject to a 20% admin charge if cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation within 14 days or no show, following Tourist Board guidelines, guests will be charged 60% of the agreed room rate for each night that the rooms remain empty.

• Check in times After 3.00pm unless by prior arrangement
• Check out times Before 11.00am
• Colours Guest House is a NON SMOKING establishment
• No pets allowed except Guide Dogs
• For security and insurance purposes, No unregistered guests are allowed into the Guest House without prior consent.
• No food permitted in rooms – Guests may use the dining room on request
• Towels are for use in the Guest House only, and must not be used outside

• Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

• Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

• Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.

We reserve the right to terminate occupancy of the room without notice or refund in the case of a breach of any of these conditions
